Karina Ronquillo Junker, known professionally as Karina Junker, is one of Hollywood’s most sought-after bilingual voiceover artists, known for her outstanding skill in speaking both English and Spanish without an accent. She is the Spanish voiceover announcer for the U.S. Department of Defense and was formerly the voice of global campaigns for Patrón Tequila, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Pringles, Star Wars: Visions, Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Ford, Best Buy, Starbucks, Chrysler, Hershey’s, Cacique, UPS Latin America, L’Oréal, among others.

Karina’s on-screen credits include the Emmy-winning Apple TV+ series Lessons in Chemistry, the Academy Award–winning film Bombshell, Guest House, Kingdom, and Mercury Plains.

Karina is a graduate of Columbia University and holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology. She completed post-graduate acting studies at Michael Howard Studios with world-renowned voice teacher Patsy Rodenburg. Her undergraduate education began at Universidad Iberoamericana in the Dominican Republic and concluded at the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico. Her first on-camera TV commercial campaign was for Tricom, filmed in Santo Domingo in 2003.

In addition to her career in Hollywood, Karina is an 18-time marathoner, having completed major races across the United States and Europe, including the New York City Marathon, Chicago Marathon, Houston Marathon, Frankfurt Marathon, and Paris Marathon. She also served as a pacer and marathon coach for the Los Angeles Marathon from 2017 to 2019.

Karina is an active member of SAG-AFTRA and the Television Academy (Emmys®) in the Performers and Commercials Peer Groups. She is also a devoted advocate for immigrant and Latino communities in Los Angeles, using her platform to bring attention to the human impact of federal immigration enforcement.
